A. The postmaster was a kind hearted person he sends money to Lencho because he doesn't want to shake his faith in God. He signs the letter God so that the Lencho thinks that God ,Himself had sent the money.

Answer. Introduction-

'A LETTER to God' is written by "G.L .Fuentes. This is a story of a person's deep faith in God. Name of that person was Lencho.

CHARACTER SKETCH OF LENCHO

LENCHO was a farmer. He was very hardworking. He worked hard in his field. His fields needed rain. The rain came but suddenly it  changed into to hailstones. Hitler destroyed his fields completely.

Now there was nobody who can help him. He had only one hope help from God. So he wrote a letter to God and post it in mailbox.

The postmaster read that letter. He decided to help him.he was very much impressed by his faith in God. He collected money and also give a part of his own salary. He he put those money into an envelope and give it to Lancho.

Lunch open that envelope. He counted the money. These were not 100 pesos. He got angry. He wrote an another letter to God and asked him to send remaining 30 pesos. He asked God not to send through the post office because he thinks  that post office employees' are are a bunch of crooks.
